His second passive ability, Insensibility, triggers when his HP drops to 30% (upgraded to 40%), reducing the damage received when it is less than 25% of his maximum HP to 10 for 10 (upgraded to 15) seconds, with a 90 second cooldown.

Summary: Ghan is a Legendary Lord of The Chaos Dominion, a unique Defender with a basic attack range but who deals AoE physical damage and has a Talent which makes him currently the only champion whose damage scales from Defence instead of Attack. His Defence increases whenever he takes damage, his ultimate makes him an even better tank while reducing the damage his allies take, Frantic Retribution gives him a chance to counterattack, and Insensibility keeps him standing when the damage is stacking up on him. As a member of The Chaos Dominion, his deployment cost is reduced by -5 in Arena, and when in the Lord position he grants all faction members Power of Chaos, a damage bonus based on HP lost, to a maximum of 60% at 30% HP as well as a 20% bonus to Attack and Defence when their HP is below 30%. The boost to damage he provides faction members cannot be overstated, with Cerberus standing out from others. He shines in Campaign, Trial, Tide, Gear Raid 1 & 2, and both single-target & Sustained-DPS Arenas.
