Hex is a dual Faction Marksman, with a basic attack that deals magic damage and prioritises airborne targets. His ultimate skill, Mad Truth, increases his damage by 100% (upgraded to 140%) and attack speed by 100, reduces his attack interval by 50% and replaces all cards with The Joker (attacks 3 times, each dealing 400% damage and inflicting Burn for 5 seconds) and lasts 30 seconds (upgraded to 35 seconds). His first passive ability, Fate: Trial gives his attacks a 20% chance to inflict Stun for 2 seconds and damage inflicted on targets under control effects is increased by 60%. His second passive ability, Fate: The Hermit triggers upon him receiving damage. He ignores the damage and gains Invisibility for 3 seconds, this can only trigger once every 50 seconds (upgraded to 40 seconds).

Talent: Draws 1 Card of Fate with each attack. Once 4 are drawn, draws a card and gains a random effect from Temperance (throws 3 cards, each dealing 140% damage and inflicting Slow for 5 seconds), Death (deals 500% damage and inflicting Burn for 5 seconds) and Strength (increases Attack by 30% and attack speed by 70 for 25 seconds). Deals extra damage to airborne targets.

Awaken 1: During Mad Truth there is a chance to draw The Fool (attacks 3 times, each dealing 500% damage and inflicting Burn and 75% Slow for 5 seconds) card.

Awaken 3: During Mad Truth, attacking targets with Burn with a basic attack increases the duration of Mad Truth by 1 second.

Awaken 5: Each draw returns 1 Card of Fate. (edited)

Ultimate: Mad Truth, increases his damage by 100% (upgraded to 140%) and attack speed by 100, reduces his attack interval by 50% and replaces all cards with The Joker (attacks 3 times, each dealing 400% damage and inflicting Burn for 5 seconds) and lasts 30 seconds (upgraded to 35 seconds).

Summary: Hex is a very strong and versatile champion, able to hit both ground and airborne targets, inflict Burn, Slow and Stun. It is worth noting the random element to his attacks may skew auto replays. He can be used effectively in most areas of the game, especially Guild Boss, Campaign, Arena, and Gear Raid 3.
