Name: Shamir
Rarity: Legendary
Class: Mage
Faction: The North Throne

Rank : C Tier

Shamir has a basic attack that deals magical damage to one enemy and inflicts Drowning Water, a -25% Slow for 4 seconds. His ultimate skill, Electro Cryo Nova is auto-triggering, and takes 3 seconds to charge, unleashing an energy ball that deals 150% (upgraded to 200%) damage to one enemy and inflicting Drowning Water, the ball then generates 5 shockwaves over 10 seconds, each dealing 15% (upgraded to 25%) AoE damage and inflicting Drowning Water on the enemies. His first passive ability, Drowning Water, makes the Drowning Water status stackable and each stack on an enemy increases the damage they take from his basic attacks and Electro Cryo Nova by 10% (upgraded to 15%), stacking up to 3 times. His second passive ability, Might of Ice Sea, triggers whenever he attacks a target inflicted with Drowning Water, increasing his Attack by 4%, to a maximum of 20% (upgraded to 40%).

Awaken 1: Targets with at least 3 stacks of Drowning Water are inflicted with Immobilise for 1 second when attacked by him.

Awaken 3: Maximum stacks of Drowning Water passive ability increase to 4.

Awaken 5: When using Electro Cryo Nova, he deals 15% more damage for 8 seconds.

Ultimate: (Auto-triggers) Electro Cryo Nova takes 3 seconds to charge, unleashing an energy ball that deals 150% (upgraded to 200%) damage to one enemy and inflicting Drowning Water, the ball then generates 5 shockwaves over 10 seconds, each dealing 15% (upgraded to 25%) AoE damage and inflicting Drowning Water on the enemies.

Summary: Shamir is a mage with a basic attack range who deals magical damage and inflicts Drowning Water, a -25% Slow. Once seen as the worst possible Legendary you could summon, he had a rework that has vastly improved his viability. He still is not a top tier Mage, but his damage is respectable and he is certainly useful in certain situations such as utilising The Cursed Cult bonus damage on enemies under control effects. His Electro Cryo Nova is unfortunately auto-triggering, but is one of the fastest charging ultimate skills available, especially when upgraded, and his Might of Ice Sea can increase his damage substantially. He shines in Trial, and Tide.
